80's Round Two

Chelsea, Kristin, Mike, Owen, and I went out to 80's night again yesterday and it was so fun. The first time beat it for sure though, but it was still fun.

New Motto.. When all else fails roll a perm.. right Chels?

Keeping busy in the mean time..

Kristin got me hooked. If anyone needs a energy drink these are my new favorite... and apparently they make it in mints so I found my search of the week.

Who doesn't love 80's night..

Last night Kristin, Andrew, Mike, Chelsea, and I went to 80's night at a club in Salt Lake and let me just say.. so much fun. Pretty sure it's going to have to start to be a weekly tradition.

I wish every day was a road trip day...

Chocolate Chip Cookies

• 1 c. butter
• 3/4 c. sugar
• 3/4 c. brown sugar
• 2 eggs
• 2 tbs. vanilla
• 2 1/4 c. flour
• 1 tsp. baking soda
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 3/4-1 c. chocolate chips

Mix until light and creamy: butter and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla and mix some more. Blend in flour, soda, salt. Add chocolate chips. Bake at 375 for 10 minutes.
